Picture this...
You are sound asleep on a work night and you are enjoying your first chance in days to get a decent night's sleep, then all of a sudden..... the shrilling of the phone wakes you up. Prank Callers - What's the Solution?
Everyone has received a prank phone call at one time or another. Sometimes they are a one time occurrence, but sometimes they can be ongoing, which constitutes harassment.
